  • NADRA e-Sholat Services (including Vehicle Transfer Biometric, Vehicle Taxes, Utility Bills, and related services)

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or requesting services.
  • You agree not to use our Website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All service requests are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
  • Payments must be made through approved methods (Cash, Bank Transfer, or other channels communicated by the Company).
  • For NADRA-related services, government fees and applicable taxes will be charged as per official rules.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only applicable if a service cannot be delivered due to the Company’s fault.
  • Once a project (e.g., design or print job) is approved by the client, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
  • NADRA e-Sholat service fees are non-refundable once the transaction is initiated.
  • All content, logos, graphics, and designs on the Website are the property of Amazon Printing Services and protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.
  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., government system downtime, courier delays, internet issues).

8. Third-Party Services

For NADRA and other government-related services, we act as a facilitator only. The Company is not responsible for delays, errors, or rejections arising from government authorities.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected (such as CNIC, vehicle information, or billing details) will only be used to provide requested services and as required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
